# Chrome Extension FAQ

> Common questions about the Rolodex Chrome extension: browser compatibility, importing contacts from LinkedIn and Gmail, supported platforms, and troubleshooting.

  <Accordion title="Which browser is compatible with the Rolodex extension?">
    Currently, Chrome is the only browser supported. We are working on adding more support for Safari, Firefox, and more.

  <Accordion title="Can I add contacts through the extension?">
    Yes. While viewing someone’s profile, click the **"Open in Rolodex"** button to add them to your workspace — Rolodex pulls in their name, title, company, and photo. If they already exist, it opens their profile instead. You can add both contacts and companies this way.

  <Accordion title="Which platforms are supported?">
    The Rolodex extension works on LinkedIn, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook (including Outlook on the web), Google Calendar, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Superhuman. An **"Open in Rolodex"** button appears on profiles across these platforms once the extension is installed.

    A simple refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R for Windows or Command+Shift+R for Mac) should do the trick. If not, try reinstalling the extension.
