# LinkedIn Sync FAQ

> Common questions about Rolodex's LinkedIn sync: how long it takes, what to do if data isn't updating, profile enhancement, and troubleshooting steps.

  <Accordion title="How long does it take for the sync to complete?">
    LinkedIn Sync generally don’t take more than 24 hours (depends on the number of connections). The sync runs every 3-5 days so if you don’t see a new connection synced yet, it’ll be synced on the next run.

  <Accordion title="The profiles/data aren’t updating">
    The sync normally gets stuck when there’s a change in your LinkedIn credentials. Disconnecting and reconnecting the sync on the [Integrations](https://rolodexcrm.com/app/rolodex/settings/integrations) page should help. If there’s no update after 24 hours, please let us know.

  <Accordion title="My synced connections aren’t enhanced">
    As long as the social link (LinkedIn URL) is saved in the card, the sync will eventually enhance your contact’s profile. If not, you can try manually enhancing the profile.
