Google Sync
It shouldn’t take more than 24 hours for the sync to complete. If you don’t see any progress after 24 hours, try reconnecting the sync on the Integration page.
Yes! All of your contacts in your Google account are synced into Rolodex.
The sync shows you metadata only (you will see the subject and date/time of the email).
Yes! In Rolodex you can have multiple Google accounts synced into a workspace. You can have different accounts synced into different workspaces.
Manage your synced accounts in a workspace on the Integrations page.
Remember to check your integrations on all of your workspaces
For this sync to work, the contact’s email address have to be saved in Rolodex on the contact card.
If their email address is not in Rolodex, you can quickly add it manually on the contact card.
