What is Rolodex?

Rolodex helps teams organize and understand their collective network. By bringing together LinkedIn, email, and calendar teams gain valuable insight. With Rolodex, you can centralize interactions and communication from your team all in one place to answer questions like:

  1. Who on my team is connected to this account? Allow everyone to see and interact with information about your combined network.
  2. Have we already reached out to this person? Prevent crossed wires so that you know if someone on your team already reached out.
  3. Where did we leave off? Know where you and your team left off with a specific contact.

In addition, Rolodex enables teams to:

  • Write notes, create tasks, label and organize your contacts and companies.
  • Visualize your team’s most important connections.
  • Understand the best introduction path to a specific company or person, ensuring relevant and thoughtful interactions.
  • Consolidate relationships across existing CRM platforms, CSV files, LinkedIn, email, and other source.

Creating an account

Signing up for Rolodex is now self-service! You can easily sign up using your Google account, Microsoft account, or your preferred email address.

Install the browser extension

Rolodex works best with the Google Chrome extension. The extension allows you to seamlessly import contacts from LinkedIn and Gmail, and access Rolodex wherever you are.

  1. Install the Rolodex Chrome Extension
  2. Once installed, you can open LinkedIn, Gmail and Outlook and check the icon.

Syncing Rolodex with LinkedIn

Once the Rolodex extension is downloaded to your browser you can sync your LinkedIn account into Rolodex.

By connecting your LinkedIn account, your connections will added to Rolodex. New connections will automatically be added, and you only have to do this once.

The Rolodex extension is required for LinkedIn sync.

Syncing Rolodex with Gmail and Microsoft Outlook

Rolodex allows you to sync and manage multiple email and calendars. Connect your Gmail adresses and your Microsoft Outlook adresses to pull calendar events, emails and contact information.

Rolodex will connect and sync all of your accounts.
