  • You receive notifications when your connections change jobs, giving you a timely reason to reach out.

Download the Rolodex mobile app

Download the Rolodex mobile app for your device:

iOS Download

New to Rolodex? First sign up and create a workspace in the web app before connecting LinkedIn.

Navigate to settings in your workspace

Click on LinkedIn

Tap LinkedIn. This opens LinkedIn in a new window.LinkedIn option in the Rolodex mobile app settings

Log in to your LinkedIn account

Follow the steps in the LinkedIn app or web browser to log in to your LinkedIn account. Once you’re logged in, your Rolodex will be connected.

Job change notifications

After connecting LinkedIn, Rolodex surfaces job changes from your connections on the home page: LinkedIn title change notifications on the Rolodex home page
  • By default, you’ll receive email notifications for title changes. You can turn these off in notification settings.
  • Title changes appear on the home page from most recent to least recent.
  • You can view updates from both your personal connections and your team’s network.

Add contacts instantly from LinkedIn

With the Rolodex browser extension, you can add anyone from LinkedIn directly into your workspace—no manual entry needed.
You don’t need to be connected with someone on LinkedIn to add them to Rolodex. As long as you can view their public profile, clicking “Open in Rolodex” will add them automatically.
Search for a person on LinkedIn and click the “Open in Rolodex” button. If the contact isn’t already in your workspace, Rolodex adds them automatically—pulling in their name, title, company, and profile picture.
