How long does it take for the sync to complete?
LinkedIn Sync generally doesn’t take more than 24 hours (depends on the number of connections). The sync runs every 3-5 days so if you don’t see a new connection synced yet, it’ll be synced on the next run.

The sync normally gets stuck when there’s a change in your LinkedIn credentials. LinkedIn is connected from the Rolodex mobile app — open the app, go to Settings → LinkedIn, and reauthenticate (or disconnect and reconnect). If there’s no update after 24 hours, please let us know.

My synced connections aren’t enhanced
As long as the social link (LinkedIn URL) is saved in the card, the sync will eventually enhance your contact’s profile. If not, you can try manually enhancing the profile.
The enhance feature only works with profiles that aren’t on private.
